Founded by Apostle Shantay Ligons, RCOI was established with a clear purpose: to move beyond temporary relief and deliver programs that create lasting, transformative change.<br ><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" >We provide holistic, compassionate programs that address real-life needs, including: housing stability, workforce readiness, financial literacy, digital access, youth development, and wellness.
